Up Now: Boise State Soccer (1-1-3) will host Eastern Washington on Thursday, Sept. 7, at 7 p.m. in the first of three-straight home matches to wrap up nonconference play.

Last Time Out: The Broncos drew 1-1 versus Arizona on Sunday, Sept. 3 in Tempe, Ariz. Boise State scored when a free kick deflected off the foot of a Wildcat defender for an Arizona own goal. In the 71st minute, the Wildcats tied things up, but a tremendous save by Genevieve Crenshaw in the final minute preserved the draw for the Blue and Orange.

Scouting the Eagles: Eastern Washington enters the match with a 1-4-0 record after losing 2-0 to San Diego State on Sunday, Sept. 3. The Blue and Orange hold an 8-0-1 advantage when at home and are on a three-match win streak.

Season Tickets: Boise State soccer will host seven more home matches in addition to the two this week during the 2023 season. Location and Parking: Free parking and shuttle pickup are located at 1218 W. Belmont St., with every fan receiving a free small popcorn.

Conference Honors: Bronco goalkeeper Genevieve Crenshaw was named the Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week. Crenshaw earned the honor for her defensive efforts against Arizona State and Arizona over the weekend. The senior made five saves on six shots on goal and played the full 90 minutes of each match, helping the Broncos to a pair of draws and their first shutout of the season.
