GOODING, Idaho – Boise Junior College settled down to the real business of football in the second half of their game here today and when the gun sounded the Broncos had conquered Gooding College, 26 to 0.
Â
The score was 6 to 0 for the Broncos at the end of the first half, Gooding having presented a determined resistance. Boise got underway, however, and scored two touchdowns in the third quarter and others in the fourth.
Â
Gooding never seriously threatened, scored no first owns and completed no passes. Boise relied chiefly on running playas.
Â
Shaw and Cantlin, alternating at guards for the Junior College, did excellent work, as did Nalley and Stoddard.
