WHAT'S NEXT

Boise State returns to the Treasure Valley for the Boise State Beach Classic, March 29-30, at the Boise State Beach Volleyball Complex. The Broncos will welcome Oregon and UC Davis to their home courts, playing each team once on both days for a total of four matches. The two-day event will have a full broadcast for the first time in program history with all four Bronco home matches being broadcast on the MW Network.

THE EVENT

The Broncos (19-8) will open the event at Noon MT on Friday with a dual against UC Davis. After a neutral match, Boise State will end the day against Oregon at 4 p.m. MT. The Broncos and Ducks will have a rematch at 11 a.m. MT on Saturday, with Boise State ending the two-day event against UC Davis at 3 p.m. MT.

SENIOR RECOGNITION

Boise State will honor its seniors following the match against UC Davis on Saturday. Marlayna Bullington, Rorianna Chartier, Emily Garus, Kaylee Mejia, Sierra Land and Abbie Wolf will all be recognized during the proceedings.

LAST TIME OUT

The Broncos completed a 10-day trip in New Orleans at the SLC Midseason Tournament. Boise State went 5-1 at the three-day event, including three 5-0 victories. The Blue and Orange finished the conference season 6-1, earning a No. 2 seed at the SLC Beach Volleyball Championships, April 21-23.

SCOUTING THE COMPETITION

UC Davis enters the weekend with a 12-10 record and have four common opponents (San Jose State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Tulane and UAB) with the Broncos. The two teams are tied 1-1 in the all-time series, with Boise State falling to UC Davis 3-2 last season on April 8. The Ducks enter the competition holding a 2-11 record, and trail the Broncos in the all-time series 13-0.

HOME SWEET HOME

The Boise State Beach Classic will mark the first of three-straight competitions Boise State will compete at in the Treasure Valley. Following the two-day event at the Boise State Beach Volleyball Complex, the Broncos will play at the College of Idaho on April 2. The squad will return to its home courts on April 10 for the final time on the season for a tri-dual against Saint Mary's and Arizona.
