BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State women's tennis team improved to 6-0 with a pair of 7-0 victories over Linfield and the College of Idaho, Friday at Boas Indoor Tennis Center.

In the first match against Linfield, Bhakti Shah and Paula Schaefer won the opening doubles match 6-0 over Sundi King and Lilianna Cano. Ryan Kershner and Lorelyz Marruffo followed with a 6-1 win to secure the doubles point for the Broncos.

Boise State's dominance in doubles carried into singles, where the team won all five matches played against the Wildcats by 6-0 scores.

Against the College of Idaho, Masa Viriant and Ella Piron won their doubles match 6-0, and Shah and Schaefer followed with another dominant win to secure the doubles point for Boise State

In singles, the Broncos lost just six games across the six singles matches with the Yotes, cruising to their second 7-0 victory to close out the day.

The Broncos improved to 6-0, marking the best start since the 2002-03 season.
