- "I thought we came out and played great to start the match and had a real big, comfortable lead in set one to get the win."
- "Idaho State did a good job battling back in set two and did a really good job of focusing on our middles, which forced us to find some other people to score. I love that the centers were able to do that."
- "I think Giselle (Paedon), Kailyn (Jager), Sydney (Dreves) and Ari (Bilby) all were able to put up good matches for us and carried us. So, it was a good, good reaction to the second set loss."
- "I thought Sydney did a really nice job this weekend. As her role kind of grew throughout the weekend, she took some big swings at key moments and did a really nice job from the service line."
- "I also think Kailyn did a great job playing on the right side. She brought us some offense when we needed it."
- Sydney Dreves was named the MVP of the Boise State Invitational, while Arianna Bilby and Kailyn Jager were named to the all-tournament team.
- Dreves recorded her second double-double of the year on 11 kills and 17 digs, to go with three blocks, and finished with 13 points.
- Jager finished the match with a team and season-high 16 kills while hitting .387; she also added three blocks and finished with a team-best 18 points.
- Bilby tallied 11 kills and 10 digs to earn her fourth double-double of the season; in addition to a team and season-high four service aces, one block assist and 15.5 points.
- Bre Mitchell recorded her third 20-plus dig contest of the year and 15th in her career with a team-high 21 versus the Bengals.
- The win extended the Broncos' lead in the series versus Idaho State to 39-34.
- Boise State will be on the road next week when the Broncos play two at South Dakota State.Â
