Eric Kile joined Boise State's athletic academic services team in 2005 where he is currently serving as the director of the student-athlete learning center. During his tenure, Kile has worked individually with nearly every team on campus.

A native of Boise, Kile received his undergraduate degree in elementary education from the University of Idaho and later completed his master's degree in educational technology at Idaho.

Following college, Kile moved to South Korea and taught English for four years. He returned to the U.S. and began his career in athletic academic services working at Washington State where he remained from 1999 to 2005. He then returned home to the Treasure Valley when he began working for Boise State athletics.

Kile lives in Boise with his wife Teresa, the couple has two children, a daughter, Ruby, and a son, George.
