EVANSTON, Ill. - Boise State's men's tennis team wrapped up a two-match road trip Sunday with a 7-0 loss at the hands of the Harvard Crimson Sunday afternoon in Evanston, Ill. Pedro Platzeck and Brian Tran led the Broncos winning their doubles match 6-4 at the No. 2 position defeating Harvard's Michael Peters and Jean Thirouin.

The loss drops the Broncos to 1-6 overall on the season. Next up for Boise State is a three-match homestand next weekend featuring Idaho State, Brigham Young and Utah.

Harvard took the team doubles point 2-1 from Boise State to gain the early momentum.

In singles sophomore Jack Helsin battled hard but lost in a third set 10-point tiebreaker 6-7(2), 6-3, 1-0 (10-5) on court three versus Thirouin.

Platzeck also fell in the third set after rallying from one set down to force it to a 10-point tiebreaker. Unfortunately, Andy Zhou pulled out the win over Platzeck at No. 4 singles 6-2, 3-6, 1-0 (10-7).
