BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State women's soccer team fell 2-1 in overtime to San Jose State on a rainy Friday evening at Boas Soccer Complex.

The Broncos held the 1-0 lead until the 87th minute when the Spartans' Cynthia Flores scored a header on a corner kick to tie things up and force overtime.

In the 95th minute, it was another San Jose State header that sealed it as Taylor Phillips put one past the keeper on an assist by Evan House.

Shots favored the Broncos 14-11, as well as shots on goal, eight to two. San Jose State outpaced Boise State in corners, four to one.
