BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State cross country teams kick off their six-meet schedule Friday with a visit to Twin Falls, Idaho for the CSI Classic hosted by College of Southern Idaho, marking Boise State's first appearance at the invitational.

The Bronco women begin the season ranked 14th nationally, while the men's team narrowly missed earning a preseason national ranking, but received votes.

LOGISTICS: The CSI Classic will be held at the Canyon Springs Golf Course in Twin Falls, Idaho. The mostly grass course features a few asphalt crossings and a combination of rolling hills and flat areas, along with some steeper inclines and declines.

Women's 5k – 4:00 p.m. MT

Men's 7k – 4:45 p.m. MT

THE FIELD: Boise State, College of Southern Idaho, College of Southern Nevada, Northwest Nazarene, Weber State, Westminster.

LINEUP:

Women Tyler Beling, Bella Brickner, Delaney Griffin, Sailor Hutton, Olivia Johnson, Abby Kendrick, Lauren Larson, Hannah O'Connor, Oakley Olson, Autumn Ost, Yukino Parle, Tiahna Vladic.

Men – Austen Apperson, Nathan Dunn, Angus Fitzgerald, Brogan Giffin, Ahmed Ibrahim, Hunter Lucas, Matty Mackay, Jadon Mansur, Max Milarvie, Henry Mong, Aidan Palmer, Aidan Roberts, Ben Sherman, Caleb Stamper.

LAST TIME OUT: The CSI Classic is the first race for the women's squad since it notched a ninth-place finish at the NCAA National Championships. On the men's side, Friday marks their first competition since the Mountain West Championships earlier this year, after not competing at nationals for the first time since 2014.
