Boise State Wins 10th Straight with 4-1 Victory at Nevada

RENO, Nev. – Boise State men's tennis rallied from losing the doubles point to defeat Nevada 4-1 in a road Mountain West match. Carson Baker clinched the win at No. 2 singles as Boise State won its 10th straight match and improved to 18-4 overall and 4-0 in conference.
Trailing 1-0 following doubles, the Broncos needed to win four singles matches to claim the match. They responded by winning four consecutive contests to claim the victory.
Lukas Velik started the rally winning his No. 3 singles match in an up-and-down three sets, 0-6, 6-0, 6-4, to pull Boise State even.
Idriss Haddouch gave the Blue and Orange the lead at 2-1 when he rallied from a set down to beat Max Content 3-6, 6-1, 6-2.
James Van Herzeele put the Broncos within one of clinching following his rally from a set down to win on court four, 2-6, 6-3, 6-3, to spot Boise State a 3-1 advantage over Nevada.

- Boise State will close the regular-season slate next week when the Broncos host Air Force at 5 p.m. on Thursday and New Mexico at 11 a.m. on Saturday. In addition to going for the 2025 Mountain West regular season title, it will be Alumni Weekend for the Broncos, who will honor former head coach Greg Patton, as well as the teams from the 1995 Big Sky Conference championship, the 2005 Western Athletic Conference championship, and the 2015 MW championship.
