FORT WORTH, Texas – The Boise State men's tennis team lost 4-0 to Georgia, Friday at the ITA Kickoff Weekend hosted by TCU.

The Broncos (0-2) did have the lead in a doubles and a singles match that were unfinished and were in the third set of two other singles matches that also went unfinished.

Georgia (2-0) captured the doubles points with wins at No. 1 and No. 3 and then posted three straight-set victories in singles to close out the match. Two of the Bulldogs' victories were courtesy of nationally-ranked players.

Notables

This match marked the first matchup between Georgia and Boise State.
First match against an SEC school since Feb. 24, 2028 (vs. Auburn) in Montgomery, Alabama.

Boise State will play UT Arlington in the consolidation round with the date/time still to be determined.
