Broncos Head to Nebraska for Mark Colligan Memorial

BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State track and field team will compete at the Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 24 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
 
The meet will serve as the Broncos' biggest regular-season indoor test. A team-scored event, Boise State will compete against host Nebraska, North Dakota State and Wichita State.
 
Individuals placing in the top eight will score points (9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1), while the top four relay teams will also earn  a point total (9, 7, 6, 5). Only two individual entries and one relay entry per institution are eligible to score.
 
Notables
  • Boise State will compete in 15 men's events and 14 women's events
  • The meet marks the first time the Broncos are believed to have competed in Nebraska during the indoor season
  • In the team's last competition, Victoria Lotz recorded the third-best indoor shot put mark in program history (15.14m) while finishing second in the event and winning the weight throw
